The Bates Motel

This old house is located outside of Marlin, Tx. of which I named it"The Bates Motel" because of its similarity to the infamous house in the movie, "Psycho" hopefully not to have any of those horrific events occur. This is an old home with the unique "widow's watch" named for the women waiting on their husbands to return from fishing at sea. The "widows watch" is also associated with the "widows walk" used for the same purpose.
